First of all you have 2 different groups that cater to different target audiences:

With the residential maid services you would incur only the cost of training employees. However with carpet and upholstery cleaning services and car cleaning services you may be required to invest in special equipment required to get the job done effectively. In addition you might need to train people as well in operating such equipment.

First of all understand that this is a profitable business where you stand to generate revenue quickly. You can choose to run this business on a part time or full time basis.
