The business model is a small takeaway café, hole in the wall style with App based customers and walk away orders, like Coffee, Toasties, Cakes, Slices, etc.
Personalised experience at COFFEETREAT, we remember people’s names, previous orders and give them that special feeling that ‘we care’. We take the time to get to know our customers so they come back again and again.
‘The Hole In The Wall’ look appeals to people because it’s different from the drive through café experience, when you just want to grab a great coffee and toastie. Its fast, friendly and easy to pre order ahead so you just grab and go and walk away feeling that bit extra happy because someone took the time to care about you.

The Products
Our primary service is to provide a variety of hot coffee drinks, i.e. espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano and more.
Tea, hot chocolate, and many other non coffee beverages i.e. milk shakes and smoothies as well as pre-packaged drinks. Other treats such as toasties, sandwiches, subs, cakes, donuts, and croissants, while also catering for all gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.

Chelsea started working at the age of 13 delivering newspapers before school to working after school slicing potatoes in a fish and chip shop.
By the age of 17 Chelsea left school to embark on full-time employment in various roles ranging from takeaway shops to supermarkets.
Five years later at the age of 22 Chelsea bought her first business, a bakery in the Macedon Ranges and soon had 3 businesses, a bakery, café and an industrial takeaway café. The love for business and coffee was found. Igniting a driven passion bonding Chelsea for life.
In 2015, Chelsea saw the opportunity for a small “Hole in the Wall” takeaway café and founded the COFFEETREAT business model which quickly became 2 successful locations in Warrnambool. Chelsea drew on her successful business development and people skills from her career and business experiences and applied them to expand the COFFEETREAT business.
