Est: 1998 – Rashays is an Australian owned restaurant group positioned in the rapidly growing casual dining restaurant segment which caters to families. Comfortable table service, and modern Australian cuisine.
Rashays have 30 locations across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and NOW coming to PERTH WA. Rashays Restaurants and Franchisees are supported by Head office who provide assistance with systems, marketing & restaurant procedures, whilst also managing a food production facility that includes Baking, Butchery, Sauce manufacturing, vegetable and salad preparation with all products freshly sourced from Australian farmers.

Experience in food or hospitality is not essential to own a Rashays Restaurant. Rashays put more emphasis on looking for partners who are passionate and committed people looking to improve their lives, be part of the local community and be prepared to be fully involved in their local business.
Rashays believe its important to make you our franchisees feel confident. We support and train you in all aspects of the operation to make sure you fully understand compliance, financial management, HR responsibilities, food safety along with providing you with procedures based around service and business requirements. As a result of our commitment to help you in all aspects of your restaurant franchise business, we want to make sure you will be confident in your ability to run your own business and be successful.

Do I need to be a Chef to run a RASHAYS®?
The simple answer is no. You will however need a certain ability to manage people well, the discipline to follow processes and systems, the desire and willingness to constantly learn, the ability to have fun and most importantly be prepared to become part of the RASHAYS® community.
How long is the standard training program before I open my Restaurant?
RASHAYS® take training very seriously and they want to set you up for success right from the beginning of your journey. There is a great amount of detail to learn as a new Franchisee. The initial training program is 12 weeks where you will be required to work in the front and back of house plus be given an understanding of compliance requirements, financial, HR, and food safety. As a result of this commitment to achieving the best we can, at all levels, the training needs to be robust to give you the ability to run your own restaurant and be able to manage all areas within the venue.

Successful Casual dining franchise chain “Rashays” is coming to PERTH. Established in Sydney in 1998, that’s 28 years of building strong foundations for our Franchisees to continue building on all over Australia.
A RASHAYS restaurant will depend on several factors including location and restaurant size. Typically a new RASHAYS restaurant will require an investment of between $500,000 and $700,000 plus working capital.
